Board and Company Documents

Clatsop Care Health District is a not-for-profit public agency that receives property tax revenue as part of its funding.

Website Posting & Retention Policy

Purpose: To establish what public-facing materials the district will publish on its website and what length of time it will remain publicly available.

Content: Board meeting agendas- Online retention: 2 years from the meeting date. Agendas for regular and special Board meetings will be posted. Board meeting minutes- Online retention: 2 years from the meeting date. Approved minutes will be posted within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Annual Budget- Online retention: 3 years. Final budget summary will be posted. Annual Audited Financial Statements- Online retention: 3 years. Posted annually upon board acceptance. Archiving old records: Documents removed from the public website after the designated posting period must still be retained internally in accordance with the Oregon Secretary of State Public Records Retention Schedule for Special Districts. Removed website documents will be archived electronically on the District’s secure internal server. Date implemented: December 12, 2025
