Once a month, the Astoria Coop chooses a non-profit/not-for-profit organization for its Change for Community program. During June, the Astoria Coop has chosen Clatsop Cares Foundation. Change for Community reaps big rewards for the community. You can help by rounding up your purchase total or donating pocket change. Clatsop Care Center Health District’s mission is to provide skilled nursing, in-home care services, a retirement village and memory community for the local area. Funds raised will go to providing education, scholarships and training of caregivers, certified nursing assistants, medication technicians and nurses as well as provide needed equipment, software and other programs for those that provide care at Clatsop Care Center Health District.
